As part of a collaboration with Saitech UK (IT Support) and Apex27 β our involvement was to upgrade the original website from Wordpress and integrate property search and customer account handling with advanced filtering using the Apex27 Property Management System.
Advanced Search Filtering
Leveraging the Google Geocoding API and Apex27 search tools, we implemented custom radius feathering and user-tailored saved searches.
Using Apex27 Search Regions
Every postcode in Cornwall was created in Apex27's Search Regions for tailored communications and searches for customers interested in specific areas.
Saved Searches link to Customer Portal
Allow users to save preferred searches and return to them later via the client portal.
Favourites or Wishlist
Website users can create a portfolio of favourite properties and be the first to receive alerts.
Tailored Email Notifications
Branded email communications are fully integrated across Apex27 and the website, delivering a consistent experience via Mailchimp.
