Photos straight to the cloud

Our client manufactures equipment that has to be documented with photographs as it moves through production for quality and compliance.

Staff took photos on a camera through the day. Someone then downloaded them onto a computer and matched them to the right job at the end of the shift. It was slow and easy to forget, and if the camera was lost or broke, the day's evidence went with it.

We built a phone app that scans the barcode on a unit, captures a photo against the right stage of the process (goods in, goods out, inspection, testing, repairs or dispatch), and sends it straight to the cloud and into their MRP, SAP Business One.
